FOOTMAN হলো কাস্টমারের লোকেশন থেকে ১KM radius-এর মধ্যে, on-foot পার্টনার দিয়ে errand/ফুট ফরমায়েশ ও ছোটখাটো কাজ করিয়ে দেওয়ার সেবা। মানে, আপনার কাছাকাছি (১ কিলোমিটারের মধ্যে) থাকা একজন ভেরিফাইড পার্টনার ("ফুটম্যান") হেঁটে এসে আপনার অনুরোধে বাজার আনা, ওষুধ আনা, বিল দেওয়া, পার্সেল বা নথি আনা-নেওয়ার মতো ছোটখাটো বৈধ কাজ করে দেয়।FOOTMAN is a service that gets errands and small tasks done within a 1KM radius of the customer's location, using on-foot partners. A verified partner ("Footman") near you (within 1 km) walks over and handles small, legitimate requests like groceries, medicine, bill payments, or picking up and dropping off parcels or documents.
FOOTMAN-এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো, কাছাকাছি থাকা একজন নির্ভরযোগ্য ফুটম্যানের সাহায্যে আপনার বাইরে গিয়ে করতে হতো এমন প্রয়োজনীয় কাজগুলো সহজ করে দেওয়া।FOOTMAN's main purpose is to make the errands you'd otherwise have to go out and do yourself easier, with the help of a trustworthy Footman nearby.

পার্টনার অ্যাপে একটা Panic Button আছে — কাজ চলার সময় জরুরি অবস্থায় চাপলে সাথে সাথে admin-এর কাছে লোকেশন ও তথ্য চলে যায়।The partner app has a Panic Button — pressing it during an active job instantly sends the location and details to our admin team.
আমার তথ্য কি নিরাপদ?Is my information safe?
হ্যাঁ। শুধু প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য (নাম, ফোন, লোকেশন) নির্ধারিত ফুটম্যানকে দেওয়া হয়, তৃতীয় পক্ষকে দেওয়া হয় না।Yes. Only the necessary information (name, phone, location) is shared with the assigned Footman — it's not shared with third parties.

কত ওজন বা কত দামের জিনিস পাঠানো যাবে?How much weight or value can be sent?
যেহেতু ফুটম্যান হেঁটে বহন করেন, প্রতি ডেলিভারিতে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কেজি আর মোট মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৳৫,০০০ পর্যন্ত জিনিস/cash পাঠানো যাবে। স্বর্ণ-গয়না বা দামি ইলেকট্রনিক্সের মতো মূল্যবান জিনিস পাঠানো যাবে না।Since a Footman carries items on foot, each delivery can be up to 10kg and worth up to ৳5,000 total. High-value items like gold, jewellery, or expensive electronics should not be sent.

এটা FOOTMAN ঠিক করে দেয় না — আপনি আর ফুটম্যান request করার সময় app-এর কল/চ্যাটে কথা বলে নিজেরাই ঠিক করে নেবেন কে আগে টাকা দেবেন। শুরুতেই স্পষ্ট করে নিলে কোনো ভুল বোঝাবুঝি হবে না।FOOTMAN doesn't fix this — you and your Footman agree on it yourselves through the in-app call or chat when making the request. Agreeing on it upfront avoids any confusion.
